You should receive a text message and your ticket voucher sent to your email to confirm your booking.

  • All confirmed and open tickets are non-refundable.
  • Those who cancel before the departure shall have their ticket marked as Open Ticket processed at all the terminals and booking offices.
  • Issued Open Ticket shall be valid within one (1) month from the original date of trip and will be subject to a rebooking fee of ₱100.00.

Rebooking may only be processed in any Cherry ticketing office up to twenty-four (24) hours before the trip and subject to a rebooking fee of ₱100.00.
